At Feline Victory Rescue, we are determined to give homeless cats a second chance at life in a loving home. We're a collection of people living in New York, Connecticut, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Rhode Island, and Florida who trap, spay/neuter and socialize abandoned, injured and ill cats up and down the East Coast.
